Celebrating Impact and Looking Forward
Our impact report, new content, funding opportunities and more!
Hello and Happy New Year!
I hope you have had a joyful winter break, filled with rest and nourishment.
After spending the last few months deep in our reporting, I’m excited to open our first newsletter of the year by sharing that our 2024-2025 Impact Report has now been published. This report celebrates our impact for our last financial year - September 2024 to August 2025.
Filled with insights from our projects, it’s been wonderful to spend time reflecting on the feedback we’ve received and the impact our work has had. A huge thank you to you all for being part of that in different ways!
Looking back on the past year, there is much to celebrate, particularly when I think of all the different ways in which the All The Elements community members have been working for change (take a look at our News page for a tiny snapshot of the exciting people and projects, and you’ll see what I mean!). It has been far from easy for many of us, but we see the huge amount of passion and energy driving change, and the impact that your work has.
As we step into this new year, we’re asking ourselves how we can continue to support our community of grassroots changemakers as the landscape changes and shifts. We’ve spent 2025 deepening our core offerings - and now in 2026 the question is “what’s next”?
We’ll share more as our offerings develop, but in the meantime you’ll find this newsletter filled with community updates, articles and opportunities - and, of course, more insights from our Impact Report.
With love & joy,
Frankie

Our 2024-2025 Impact Report highlights the work that All The Elements has carried out over our financial year from September 2024 - August 2025. In a tricky year for diversity in society as a whole, we are proud to have continued to support our community of those underrepresented and systemically excluded from the outdoors to continue to access the UK outdoors.

2026 Awareness Days - Key Dates for our Community
Marking awareness days can be a powerful way of connecting to wider movements. Over the last few years we’ve loved seeing the different ways in which our community has leveraged these key dates to plan events and raise awareness about their work. To make it easier to plan your own celebrations, and support and celebrate more diversity areas, we’ve compiled a list of key awareness days, weeks, and months taking place in 2026. These include events that are UK-based as well as those recognised internationally, spanning a wide range of diversity and inclusion themes. We’ve tried to include as many as possible, but this list isn’t exhaustive. If there is a day that we haven’t listed here that you think we should include, please let us know by emailing hello@alltheelements
